Our Mission Together

You might come to counseling/psychotherapy for a number of reasons. There could be an acute crisis, and you need assistance in navigating some rough time in your life. Or you may decide that you are tired of old patterns and want to change them and discover new ways of operating in the world.

For whatever reason you decide to come, I will ask, "How can I help?"

We will discuss what you are looking for and whether or not you and I believe that I can be of assistance. Then we will meet regularly to develop a relationship in which you feel safe to look at your life habits. Together we explore what may be getting in the way of your living your life as fully as possible.
